Actually this should be a major concern not only in a developing also developed country. There are several NGOs, INGOs and Woman Oriented Organization who talk about woman right and their secure lives in the communities but still on the 21st century, not only in eastern society, you can see the sexual discrimination in western society too. By the way, many of eastern people say that debate of right of woman came from western society. There are several areas and places where woman have been still dominating. And this behavior and nature must be avoided from any society and community

In fact, Oscar Award is the biggest filmy award and the actor and actress who win this award, he/she become a subject of rumors and gossips of popularity. This time Patricia Arcait has won the title of best co-actress of Oscar Award. When Patricia talks about the wages of actresses, then there raised a question of right of woman. She said “Every American has fought for others right but now we should fight for our right”. In America, there are huge difference in the wages of actors and actresses.

Now lets go and talk about our Nepali Movie Industry and Bollywood Industry, actually here we can not compare with Actor and Actress.

In Bollywood, Like Shahrukh, Salman and Aamir Khan take nearly 40/50 crore but actresses have to satisfy maximum with 7/8 crore. Actually, if an actress who is not popular as well, she have to satisfy with a few lakhs. In this case, there are 40/50th times lower wages of actresses than actors in Bollywood.
