Saroj Khanal then was the popular name in the Nepali movie industry when he played almost 34 movies within 4 years. He did not only played more movies but also his movies became blockbuster hits in the box office. His debut movie is Vijaya Parajaya. After that, consistently he played 34 movies within 4 years as leading character. But suddenly he left Nepal and went to US. After spending 17 years in US, he came to Nepal and now busy in Nepali Film Industry again and trying to bring back his craze in Nepali Movie Industry.

Recenly, he was interviewed by Image News FM 103.6 in the program Image Sambad. The host of the program asked him several questions and he answered scrumptiously. Saroj Khanal had to lose lots of things by his US migration, he said. He had also cried many times in the America. He said that he used to live in Baltimore city of Maryland State of America where had to go for job at night; he said he worked at a bakery.

After all, he confessed that he lost everything; fame and charm as an actor. He also advised not to think USA is the dream and it fulfills all the dream to those Nepalese who think “US is the money and it is the everything”. He said that you have to start again in the USA from zero level because your are a migrated one. That’s why it is not easy to build you in America. He said that he has originated the new meaning of USA to Nepali and ie “U Start Again“.
