Airlift is Akshya Kumar starring thriller Hindi Movie based on Iraq-Kuwait War. It has got all positive reviews from critics. However, it does not show off in its opening day. It just collected average money in the first Friday, and the collection was nearly 12.35 crore. Indeed, Airlift must collect more than this, because it is not only a movie, it also brings flashback of Ranjit Katiyal whose bravery saved 1 lakh more Indian people in 1990’s Iraq-Kuwait War.
Sunday: 17.3 Crore approx. – This is awesome; ever highest collection of Akshay Kumar in 3rd day.
Monday: 10 Crore approx.
Tuesday: 18 Crore approx. – This is an amazing trend, which had never happened before. Airlift goes totally astonishingly high in Tuesday collecting 18 crore.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, its collection goes extremely low.
Though, In 14th day, its collection in India box office was slow, it has beaten Jab Tak Hai Jaan of Shahrukh and Barfi of Ranbir Kapoor. And till the 14 days, the total box office collection of Airlift is 106 crore approx.
