Veteran Musician Amber Gurung Passed Away
The legend musician Amber Gurung has passed away today 2:30 AM at the age of 79, however his amazing creation will be always with us. In 1938, he was born in Darjeeling. Over 2-3 days, he was suffered of vomiting, so he was admitted in Grande Hospital, Kathmandu. For a long time, he was suffered by diabetes and high blood pressure.
Amber Gurung is the internal personality of Nepali Music as he has given lots of heart touching and revolutionary musics to Nepali Music. One of the most popular music of Amber Gurung is of the song “Rato Ra Chandra Surya”. It was still the most beautiful patriotic song that touches the hearts of every Nepalese.
Our recent national anthem song “Sayaun Thunga Fulka Hami” music is also the creation of Amber Gurung.
When Amber Gurung made a song, India got afraid of him, that is why he was put in prison as it would reflect the Nepali nationality.
