Shivay has started with average collection in the box office. Its opening collection is a bit lower than Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Unlike, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Shivaya is a action family love story movie. It is a high budget movie also like Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. So it also has to cross 120 crore to be called hit in the box office. Reportedly, its opening is far better than Ae Dil Hai Mushil in Bihar.
