Like Satyameva Jayete, Gold also saw higher drop in its second day collection, while its opening collection was highest opening ever for Akshay Kumar. It dropped by 70% and only collected 8 crore approx, while opening was 25 crore approx.

Anyway, the movie is still leading Satyameva Jayete. However, it was behind in some cities.
