Prepare for Kama: A Tale of Revenge in Theaters This March

Kathmandu: The film Kama, directed by Bhimsen Lama, is set to be released in the UK on March 7. This action-thriller will debut in 260 theaters on that date.

Filmed in various locations across the UK, Kama explores the lengths to which a person will go for revenge. The cast features Matt Wakeford, Jemima Toms, Mia Bennett, South Indian actress Pooja Gupta, along with Nepali actor Tank Dhakal in a leading role.

The film is executive produced by Vikram Joshi, produced by Hiral Joshi, and co-produced by MG Amin and Ishwar Shrestha. The story is written by Visharad Basnet, with the screenplay penned by Hiral Joshi, Vikram Joshi, and Lakshman Suvedi.

Targeted for the international market, the film has already garnered awards at various international festivals, including the Milan Film Festival in Italy. Producer Joshi has previously produced films such as Password, Happy Days, Hello Zindagi, and The Secret of Radha. It has been announced that the film will soon be screened in the USA, Australia, and Canada, as well as in Hindi in India and in Nepali in theaters across Nepal.
