IIFA 2025: Shahid Kapoor Reacts to Reunion with Kareena Kapoor – “Glad Fans Loved It”

Fans were thrilled to see Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor share a warm moment at the IIFA 2025 press conference. The former couple, who once dated in the 2000s, were spotted hugging and chatting, leaving many nostalgic.

Addressing the buzz, Shahid Kapoor responded at the IIFA Digital Awards, saying, “For us, it’s nothing new… we meet here and there, and it’s totally normal. If people felt nice, that’s great.”

Shahid and Kareena famously starred together in Fida, Chup Chup Ke, and the cult classic Jab We Met before parting ways. Both have since moved on—Kareena is married to Saif Ali Khan, and Shahid to Mira Rajput, with both having happy families.

At IIFA 2025 in Jaipur, Shahid is set to perform his hit songs, while Kareena will pay tribute to her grandfather, the legendary Raj Kapoor.
