Kathmandu – The much-anticipated film Outlaw: Section 219 is set to hit theaters tomorrow (Thursday). The Film Censorship Board has granted it a PG certificate, meaning viewers under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Meanwhile, advance booking for the film has already opened in theaters across the country. Given the strong demand, multiplexes have allotted favorable showtimes, and the film is expected to draw large crowds.
An action-packed thriller, Outlaw: Section 219 also highlights a significant legal issue. Written and directed by Vicky Maharjan, the film is produced by Amit Agrahari. It features high-intensity action sequences choreographed by Chulthe Kaji and crisp editing by Sahil Khan.
The cast includes lead actor Sushil Shrestha, alongside Shiksha Sangraula, Naresh Poudel, and other talented performers. The film has already received positive feedback from Japan and Qatar, where it was sent for review. The production team is optimistic that Nepali audiences will appreciate it just as much.
Top multiplex chains such as QFX, Big Movies, INI, One Cinemas, and Fcube have scheduled prime showtimes for the release. However, due to the Fagu Purnima festival tomorrow, there will be no morning shows, with screenings starting in the afternoon.
With its gripping trailer capturing audience attention, Outlaw: Section 219 is expected to enjoy a strong opening at the box office.
