However, she changed her surname while she was debuting in the film industry. According to her, she felt that Sharma sounds better than Dawadi surname to hear. So she changed her surname. Aanchal completed her SLC level from Kathmandu International School. Now she is studying in Bachelor Level. She is also working as a brand ambassador of Dhamala Groups.
