Whan Nepal announced its new public constitution on 20 September 2015, world welcomed its constitution and congratulate Nepal. But India became Indignant and its foreign ministry announced that there might be closed border barrier of Nepal showing the strikes of South (Terai) side of Nepal. So now Nepalese and not only Nepalese also worlds people are criticizing India for their interference in the internal affairs
