Aamir Khan’s Dangal creates new history and emerges the highest grosser in 2016 as well.

Dangal enters into 300 crore club

After all, Dangal beat Sultan of Salman Khan and emerged the highest grosser movie in 2016 in Bollywood Industry. Moreover, it has broken several box office records and among all those records, collecting 300 crore only in 13 days is a historical achievement for Aamir Khan and the whole Dangal team. It is the shortest period for Bollywood movies to enter in 300 crore club. There were only 3 movies which had been registered into 300 crore club – PK, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan. Now Dangal has been added into 300 crore club.

Dangal has now become 3rd highest grosser movies in Bollywood Industry just behind PK and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Till date, Dangal has raked with 304 crore net in India Box Office. Its worldwide gross collection is  581 crore approx. With this, Aamir Khan has proved himself as a King of Bollywood Box Office. Because his 2 movies – PK and Dangal are record breaking movies in Bollywood.

There is still 1 week remaining for Dangal to break Bajrangi Bhaijan record. Bajrangi had made 321 crore in India Box Office.  It is estimated that it will beat Bajrangi Bhaijan in 3rd week. After that, there will only remain PK. If Dangal occupancy goes like 2nd day of first week. It will definitely surpass the PK and creates new history in the Box Office.
